Booking information
When you book a repair we collect your name, phone number, optional email, service address and location notes, appointment date and time, your device brand and model, and your description of the issue. This is used to arrange, carry out and follow up on your repair. You do not need an account to book.
Booking tracking
To view a booking status you enter your booking reference and phone number. Status details are only shown when both match.
Contact and business enquiries
Messages sent through the Contact or Business forms include your name, phone number, optional email, company and the details you write. They are used only to reply to your enquiry.
Device and service records
During a repair our team may record your device's IMEI or serial number, its condition, the work performed, parts used and test results. These records support the service and any warranty process.
Service photos
Our team may take photos of your device before and after the repair. These photos are stored privately and are only accessible to authorised staff.
Website assistant (chatbot)
Messages you type into the website assistant are sent to an AI service to generate a reply. Conversations are not saved: they end when you close or refresh the page. Please do not share personal details in the chat.
Staff accounts
Staff sign-in details are used only to give authorised team members access to the internal management area.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small technical items, such as a staff sign-in session or your choice to dismiss the add-to-home-screen tip.
Analytics
